Founded at King’s College London by researchers Jasper Döninghaus, Marcia Holst, and Leonardo Vizioli, CarbonTag began as a project to explore data-driven solutions for understanding and reducing carbon emissions. Partnering with Alnatura, Germany’s largest organic supermarket chain, and supported by the Project Together network, CarbonTag transitioned from a research initiative into a start-up.
Now based in London, CarbonTag’s team focuses on creating data analysis tools and services that empower businesses and consumers to make environmentally responsible decisions.
