Position Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at CarbonTag UK, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our sustainability-focused applications and platforms. We are seeking a creative individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centric design, and a commitment to creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.


  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Experience in the sustainability or technology sector is a plus.
